My now two year old has been at Little Willows for a year and has always received an excellent level of care. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and show a real affinity for the children they work with. My son has made very firm relationships with his regular carers and often talks about them when we are at home. They are very good at ensuring that he does the things he really enjoys and that interest him and do regular assessments of his progress. They are great at keeping us informed about any incidents during the day, good or bad, and at sending home his many creations and artworks. The food is great, all made on site fresh and very varied. I wpould definately recommend Little Willows, we have been very happy there.

A few weeks ago I had to hold my daughters birthday (she wanted to invite 20 friends!) We live in a flat and wouldn't have had outside space to have all her friends round here. I searched everywhere and ended up going with Littlewillows nursery, it was amazing. The venue was brilliant, we had hired a bouncy castle for the day but it was unnecessary with all the outside space and toys the children had a wonderful time.

They had staff to help with everything, the catering was brilliant and they made my daughters favourite food, it was such a lovely day and very reasonably priced that I felt I had to recommend it to others as several parents since have asked me if they could hold their childrens birthday there even if they don't attend Littlewillows Nursery and the answer is yes!

We've been to several parties including Zany zone (where parents had to supervise and run around with their kids) where I did my back in and felt shattered afterwards. Or local halls where I have had to do everything from decorating and catering, and we've done a zoo birthday too and I must say this one was my favourite and highly recommend it!

Little willows is an absolute star of a nursery, I walk away with complete trust in all members of staff into looking after my daughter, and this is priceless. If your looking for a nursery with alot to offer this is it , I love turning up and seeing her playing outside with the bunnies running around it's a wonderful happy atmosphere with happy children and workers.
They seem to really take time and care in helping her

I have moved around with my children (both abroad & in UK) & at each nursery for settling in sessions I have been asked to stay, as a parent I want to be there to reassure them they can trust these people & my girls have settled very well at Little Willows (LWDN) & love going to nursery here.
LWDN have dealt with numerous situations very well; bumps, bites & illnesses, I have found them nothing but professional, caring & thorough with practices & processes in relation to any incidents to my children or others, as an HR consultant I do know a thing or two about this!
I certainly think you get value for money, not only is the care exceptional, you get a beautiful nursery with fantastic outdoor space, the children eat only healthy organic foods. No baked beans on toast or melted cheese on toast for tea! they get proper home cooked hearty meals so I don't feel I have to feed them again when I get them home. My girls love it there, I couldn't be happier with LWDN & highly recommend it.

My daughters have attended Little Willows since it opened. They are so happy there and the quality of care is outstanding. The staff know my children really well and I have complete trust and confidence in their abilities to look after my children's emotional and educational development. We love the site, and think it is so calm and welcoming. Only problem, is that the girls never want to leave at the end of the day!
I am a mum who has been involved at other preschools and am also a School Governor. Little Willows is a fantastic setting and is certainly equipping my children well for their reception year at Primary School.

My son has been at Little Willows since shortly after it opened, and is very happy there. He has great friends in the other children and a brilliant relationship with the staff. They run frequent event days at weekends and 'parties' in late afternoons for Christmas, Bonfire Night etc, giving parents a chance to meet each other, chat to the staff and see their children in the nursery environment. There is also great communication with parents about what your child has been up to during the day, something I've seen is often lacking elsewhere.

I can't imagine a better environment for my son to be looked after in, or better people to look after him.

I think that little Willows is a fantastic nursery. The children are really happy and confident. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and wil always do their best for you child. The whole atmosphere of the nursery is relaxed and friendly. I have never known a nursery where you can feel so comfortable to leave your child, knowing that they are in good hands and will have a wonderful time.
I would recomend Little willows to anyone, all the children seem to be happy all the time!! Definately the right choice for me x

My son has been with this team since he was 5 1/2 months. I have complete trust and confidence in the whole team to care for him while I have to work. There is a fantastic vibe at Little Willows and the friendly and supportive staff and owners make this a very nurturing place for any little person to be. He has a great bond with the staff and his key worker and has formed friendships with the other toddlers.

I know he enjoys going as he asks to go even at weekends and misses the staff and his friends when he is not there - this is the true measure of day care and therefore I am very happy to recommend Little Willows.

I hope you choose Little Willows for your little one and come and join in the fun soon.

A Bath Daddy.

I started my (then 12 mths) son at this nursery, but it was a disaster. I was booked for a settling in session, which I was expected to stay with him throughout (how much use this is is beyond me). The staff didn't take any notice of him the whole time we were there. I ended up looking after him and some of the other children. He cut himself very badly on one of their toys and they really didn't know how to handle it. Except for commenting that they had known the toys were a potential hazard. There was no follow up to check my son was OK, and no incident report. Despite several phonecalls and waiting 3 months, I still haven't got my deposit back. This nursery is one of the more expensive in the area (including lack of reduced rates for holidays and parents being expected to pay for care whether the nursery is open or not, eg: bank holidays and staff training days). I am definitely VERY happy that I cancelled my son's attendance and moved him to Appletree - which has been fantastic.

Our little boy loves it at Little Willows - so much that instead of not wanting to leave me in the morning - he doesn't want to leave nursery in the afternoon!
