The Holburne Museum offers a wide range of creative activities for every age at the Gardener's Lodge in Sydney Gardens.

Chrissie Weltike runs three workshops (also see Yearlings & Toddlealongs) for different age groups, especially for pre-school children and adults to enjoy exploring their creative side together.

Brilliant Babes are Tuesday afternoon workshops for babies between 0 - 9 months old and their parents or carers.

Make a sensory bag for your baby while they explore a safe and colourful environment. Meet other adults for a chat, coffee and to share new creative experiences.

Brilliant Babes runs on Tuesdays 1.00pm - 3.00pm in the Gardener's Lodge. The cost is £25.00 for a block of 3 sessions (3 sessions are needed to complete the bag).

This is the best group I've attended since becoming a Mum!! Chrissy creates a lovely relaxed environment where you can relax, meet other mums and gain a great sense of achievement through your craft activities. We love the seasonal songs too!

Fantasic mum/baby group and very different to any other group Ive been to in Bath. Parents/carers get to relax and use their creativity in a wonderfully warm, friendly environment while the babies listen to music and play with colourful,handmade objects until sometimes they become so relaxed they fall asleep! This group has allowed me some much needed "me time" and has inspired me to get creative again. Chrissy is wonderful and so inviting. She incorporates lovely songs and music into a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of crafts and creativity. Highly recommend it!

By far the loveliest baby group in Bath. Chrissie creates such a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant Babes was my weekly chillout from the chaos of being a first time mum. I'm so sad that my twins have grown too old and active for it, but we have our sensory bag / singing sack to treasure for years to come.
