On 23rd September the Bath Good Food Awards are pleased to announce a programme of culinary events taking place at The Egg Theatre. Featuring celebrity chefs such as Martin Blunos, Richard Bertinet & Dhruv Baker.
There will be a Food & Question Time where audience members can ask the panel their food & wine related questions, chef demos as well as a full programme of food & wine pairing classes. Andy Hamilton, author of Booze for free, broadcaster and keen forager will be presenting ‘Top tips for foraging’ and Maxwell Colonna – Dashwood will be helping us ‘Discover Coffee’!
Programme of Events
The Main Egg Theatre (£7.50)
- Midday - 1.00pm Food & Wine Question Time (£10)
- 1.30pm - 2.00pm Martin Blunos
- 2.30pm - 3.00pm Richard Bertinet & Dhruv Baker
- 3.30pm - 4.00pm Xanthe Clay
- 4.30pm - 5.00pm Vegetarian Feast
Masterclasses at The Egg Cafe (£5 each)
- 11.00am Coffee masterclass
- 1.30pm Cheese & wine matching
- 2.30pm Matching wines with the Allium's Chris Staines signature dishes
- 3.30pm Wines with Oriental food
- 4.30pm Andy Hamilton
Also the Bath Good Food Market will take place throughout the day in the car park outside the Theatre Royal in Saw Close. Featuring both street food & local producers.
