Come and get fit and bring your baby with you!
A new 5 week course starting on Tuesday 19th June between 11.00am - 12 noon at the Percy Community Centre.
Here is a new class for Mums with babies aged from 8 weeks to 1 year or pre-walking.
The idea is that the class is baby-friendly and very relaxed. While you would still be responsible for keeping any eye on your little one, the class is conducted in such a way to allow you to both enjoy and participate with other mums. You can try having baby in a sling, or on a blanket in front of you, or in a bouncer or baby seat. Whatever works for you.
A great way to meet other mums, tone up and have lots of fun while not having to worry about a babysitter.
Cost: £25 for 5 weeks.
