Combe park preschool is fab! Has good links with Newbridge primary if that's on your agenda too.
Peter Pan Pre-school is fantastic all 3 of my boys have been there. It is very popular so you may find that they are already full for September 2012 they have a great website at www.peterpanpreschoolbath@gmail.com with all the info you need.
Peterpan is the best in the world and it has really help my daughter out to make new friends, also learn to write her name and to learn new things when she start school in september.

My eldest son went to Combe Park pre school and loved it. My second son.starts there on september.
There are toddler.groups at All Saints in Weston village on a weds and fri a.m andat Emmanuel church in Newbridge on Tuesday afternoon. There's also various groups at the Weston Children's centre and a rhyme time session at the Wrston library.
St. John's church in Newbridge by Victoria park have a Thursday morning toddler group. All are listed on the Bath mums toddler group lists except the stay and play at children's centre which is on their website.
There is also Noah's Ark pre school at All Saints Church.
Thank you all so much! Have phoned Peter Pan, but no spaces for September alas. Will definitely try some of the toddler groups though, sounds as though there is quite a lot going on in the area. Quite excited about the move now!
Why don't you try Combe Park pre school. They recently had someone cancel some sessions for September as they were moving away from Bath so if they haven't been snapped up you may be lucky. Or try Noah's Ark. You do also have the option of using your 15 hours of free early years pre school funding in the pre school section of a Nursery. Snap dragons on Weston Lane or the one on Weston Hugh street or Buttercup barn in newton st lowe are the nearest.
I will have a look at Combe Park, thanks yummy mummy. DS does actually have a place at a pre school in Widcombe, I'm just looking at options so I don't have to haul him across town if possible!
Mind you if your place is at Acorns it may be worth the trip as it's lovely there
I know, I'm really torn about it. I want him to meet neighbourhood kids too though. Ugh.
The Combe Park Pre-school website is http://combeparkpreschool.co.uk/.
My son has just finished there and LOVED it. They get to use the Newbridge School conservation area a few times in the year. The ladies who run it are lovely.
Hi eliotsmum, welcome to nrwbridge/weston area, myself and a friend run a toddlers group at Weston childrens centre every Wednesday 10-12, called movers and shakers. We both have a 2 and half year old and a one year old! Pls pop along for a chat, coffee and cake, lots of local mums attend. Our eldest go to caterpillars nursery based at the hospital, very friendly and kids love it.
Thank you! I will come along to Movers and Shakers. I will look into both Combe Park and Caterpillars. Thanks everyone for your help!
Hi there, my name is Jem and I'm working at Sky News at the moment. We're doing some filming in Bath this afternoon and are looking for a family who might be willing to talk to us about rising energy bills. I'd love it if you could get in touch, my email is jemcollins@live.co.uk
Thanks!
